The location was so perfect. The hotel had such a wonderful vibe. I am sooo sorry I couldn’t stay longer. The team was warm and welcoming from front desk, valet service & wait staff.

I like the character this building has . It’s older but it’s unique. It’s close to the water. Also the fact that you get to automatically enjoy the spa if you stay here is a big bonus. The pools in the spa are quieter if you’re looking for a quiet place to read by the pool.
The seafood boil I had at the restaurant wasn’t the greatest. I’ve always loved their restaurant and the food is always delicious so it was a little disappointing and a lot spicier than I ever thought it would be.

Location.
Dumpy. Outdated. Room thermostat not working; had to manually turn off AC when room got too cold. Then manually turn on AC once room got too warm. All night long, every night. Bathroom ceiling vent made loud clanking noise whenever wind blew. All night long. Stayed 4 nights, and room service never came. Had to call to get more toilet paper and kleenex. Front desk person was often in a back room, 3 of 3 times, I had to call out for them.
