Hotel was in a great location and coffee was provided downstairs in the lobby. Beds were comfy.
The room was quite small with limited storage. Shower curtain was too short so every shower there was huge amounts of water all over the floor in bathroom and leaking out to room. For this reason we decided not to stay extra nights when we returned to NY.

Very clean and good location to restaurants and train. Staff was friendly and helpful.
It was a little further away from NYU than we’d prefer, but we just walked. The pillows were super full and bulky and I had a hard time getting comfortable when sleeping.

Rooms were situated next to aircon units outside that kept us awake all night, the view was a brick wall.
The room was small, the plumbing was poor - the toilet did not flush properly, the shower was almost unworkable.
No facilities were available outside of using the room, a very small reception with not enough seating. The bar.restaurant attached to the hotel was rarely open, and I do not think breakfast was offered?
This is not a Marriot/Sheraton standard hotel tht you would find in Europe.
