Wonderful Hotel. Beautiful decor and facilities. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Comfortable beds and quiet. Some reviews on here said road noise was bad, I did not notice this at all. I stayed on mountain view side and heard nothing. Glad I decided to try for myself and was very pleased. Breakfast was delicious. Will stay again. Very nice!

Love it here, close to Bart

Clean, comfy, friendly staff. Great price. Good food and coffee.

I wish the pool was covered. Wish they had a hottub. The shower handles are kind of confusing.

Location was easy to find, comfortable, and safe.

Modern style, Ease of parking, Easy in and out of hotel, assess ability.

Lack of shelving/drawers in hotel room. Continental breakfast choices were insufficient.

Nice hotel but deceptive practice

Great bed very inexpensive Location at 680 and 580

Way understaffed but I get it...not much money coming in Bait and switch I know you need cut costs but to not tell me that no breakfast because staff won't come in and pool not heated is really disappointing and dishonest Manager guy very nice

Would be a great place if the hotel bothered to address the things mentioned above.

Nice hotel.

No refrigerator, no microwave! At all! People with certain dietary needs will have lots of difficulties.

Uncomfortable nights due to bedding

The view and size of room. Front desk was friendly and welcoming. Type of ice in machine was great.

The sheets were itchy and caused hives/rashes. The housekeeping was mediocre.

The stay was amazing, will definitely be going back.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and the amenities were great. The view was beautiful from my room and the room itself was amazing had a super nice bathroom and the TV was nice had plenty of apps to watch.

The only thing I could say is it would have been nice to end the night off with a nice sit in a hot tub but other than that the stay was exceptional

The bartender was very rude to us, not attentive to the customer when at the bar to order a drink, not the first time either on July 15th I was there and same employee bartender and very rude to customers and asking how to make the drink people where ordering. If you are bartender you should know how to make a drink!!!

I tried to cancel , it took hours before I got to talk to some one and at the end said she could not help me No one to talk to even after 2 hrs of trying , it was so hard to get to the right person or to a human being to cancel the reservations for 2 hrs.after got to get some lady on the phone she said she is only for new reservations and hanged up.hope you got the message

Paying for breakfast. Spend lots of $ per night. Breakfast should be included.
