Clean and comfortable

We booked a triple room but there were only two sets of towels, two cups etc. and the sofa bed wasn’t opened. As soon as we asked they fixed it immediately though, very nice staff

Great location near the center of Magog, a lovely town in Québec. We had the executive suite for a family of four, it was large enough. The sofa bed was a bit hard/harsh for the kids, though. It was in April so the place is not crowded and the golf not open. But we went hiking in the Orford park and with a nice weather we had a great time.

The sofa bed could be improved / more comfortable.

The property is beautiful, but the hotel needs upgrades. Carpet seems dirty in hallways and pretty worn by elevators. The lobby is beautiful but some of the rooms facing the lake smelled and we asked to be moved to a room facing the mountain and pool. Much better. We had a wonderful stay walking to coffee, shops, and restaurants and biking on the beautiful bike paths to Magog.
