Location was great, rooms were big and the bid was very comfortable
The first day we were running late leaving our room so we told the lady not to bother clening the room......well that was a mistake because it only got done 3 days later after we complained. We almost ran out of tolet paper(I had to take a rool out of the hall washroom), had to ask for towels, cleanex.......basically everything was locked up. My wife went to the desk to ask why I room was not done and was told no one was scheduled to clean it....really? New Years Day morning we asked about going for breakfast and was told we needed reservations, I looked in and the room was basically empty....maybe one table.
