The staff was very friendly and provided us all information we needed .

The suite wasn’t that clean, rooms were not close to eache other .

Relatively convenient place to stay with overall good facilities.

We were 2 couples staying for 4 nights. There were 2 nice sized bedrooms. Underground secure Parking provided for both cars was great. There was a decent sized kitchen and the apartment was on one of the main roads into Canmore. A short walk to the bus stop to get the bus into Banff was convenient.

The property looks old and dated. The hallway carpets are filthy and look dark and gloomy. The showers in both bathrooms are in the bathtubs which are very high to get over into which was a problem as I had an injured knee. Anyone with mobility issues would not be able to get into the showers.

There was construction happening next door and was woke up quite early by hammering.. no fault to the hotel!

Excellent accommodations and friendly service

Balcony was huge and the room was cozy

We were in the corner room and the view on the balcony was obstructed on the east side by new construct

Definitely passable everything was okay despite the smalls issues 3 stars out of 5

Shower door won’t close properly No dust pan Room and sheets had a slight odour Fridge was warm when we checked in and didn’t start to get cold until 24 hrs later Couldn’t turn off TV with remote so we just unplug it Couldn’t figure out how to get stereo system working no instructions Second bathroom didn’t have a hairdryer

Will be back with refreshed backs

The staff and room was amazing as usual. It was our 2nd time staying there this year and we will be back in the summer.

The room was immaculate, clean with great views. The only downfall was the beds were rock hard and the room was so dry and hot! We all woke up, stuffed up with dry coughs and very sore backs and rib cages. It took a couple hours to finally be able to function without back pain in the mornings. 4 nights of painful mornings.

Nice place to stay overall

View was awesome from our room, the mountains looked great. So nice having the kitchen as it's own room. Hot tubs weren't too busy and felt great after being out in the cold.

Our couch was broken making you sit at an angle, had to put pillows under the cushion to make it manageable. Very uncomfortable.

pretty disappointed

the room is complete with kitchen, big patio, big bed and nice bath tub

the front desk staff who checked me in gave a badly situated room wherein I am next to the construction site. I couldn't sleep well for to the light that is flashing towards my room. I asked for a better room so that I can have a better view and less noise, she just said that there are no other rooms available. I find it hard to believe because I checked in on a Monday and pretty sure, they are not fully booked. I think she was just lazy to give me other rooms that can give me better view and more quiet space.

Nice and enjoy.

Staff are quite friendly and helpful. Great location if you mainly visit Banff area, not far from local supermarket. Room is cozy and comfortable, I got a Mountain View room, super stunning in the morning and sunset. Restaurant in the lobby is innovative, try the Japanese style rice burger, if you are a rice lover.

Some bowls and plates in cabinet are chipped, there’s a risk hurting myself by using them.

Disappointed😩

We have stayed at this property many times. Its quiet and comfortable.

We were very disappointed this time. We booked a Deluxe King Room and received a room with a queen wall bed. The cups and glasses were dirty in the cupboard. We usually book a 1 bedroom suite and there were none available. I brought it to the attention of the front desk clerk and we weren’t offered a room with a king bed.
