The price was high due to summer, but this is expected. The hotel is well kept and very cosy. The wine and cheese buffet at 7pm is a nice touch. After a busy day hiking, it hits the spot.
The 2 lads on reception for check in and check were very helpful. We had another staff member assist in bag check who was great also.
Highly recommend. Next time I will travel at a less busy time of year = less people / lower price.

Staff was very accommodating to our needs. Very helpful and pleasant. We loved having the bikes available to rent for free. The common area was lovely and welcoming with plenty of games to play.
Beds did not seem to be queen sized despite being advertised as queen sized. There was barely enough room for two people in one bed. Also, there could have been more items in the kitchen..plates, bowls, silverware. Had to run the dishwasher after every meal so that there would be clean utensils to use at the next meal.
