Loved the location—convenient walk into downtown Santa Fe. It was comfortable and quiet, too.
The only issue was the fridge was too cold—some of our refrigerated items froze—but I think it was actually an issue with the freezer.

The space was spacious. The kitchen was very-reasonably stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. and even some coffee and filters. The living area was particularly welcoming. It was an easy walk to downtown - albeit about 15 minutes, and a moderate hill on the way back.
The laundry services were a long way away from our unit, and they were expensive - and only took quarters. They also had limited hours - mostly during the day when we wanted to be out exploring. The washers were small - particularly at $5/load, and $5/10 min for the dryer. The staff was prepared with rolls of quarters for purchase, so it was easy to get the necessary change to do our laundry.

The unit was beautiful and clean. The area itself was spectacular, also. The furniture was comfortable. It wasn’t far from the main tourist areas, and it was so good having a kitchen!
Parking close to the unit was rough. There were more stairs than anticipated, and the area is very dark at night. Lastly, it appears our unit was having some drainage issues.
