Will never be back

Roaches, smoke smell in even the non-smoking rooms. Had to switch room’s upon arrival due to the nastiness. Cigarette burns on all of the bedding and floors. Just absolutely disgusting

The front desk worker was extremely nice and welcoming. I was only in town for a night, essentially just enough to sleep

The location to the interstate for additional travel the next morning.

The shower floor needed to be redone, no fan when taking a shower, and a few burnt spots on the comforter. Also the internet was very picky on what it would allow you to access.

I would stay literally anywhere else!

good parking I guess.

room was disgusting. There was dirt all over the floors, holes in the walls, the tv and phone didn’t work. I asked if I could bring my niece to swim in the pool and they told me it was a firm no it was for guests only but during my entire 3 night stay no body was in the pool.

Save your money! Breakfast was horrible, mediocre hotel, the pictures online are misleading.

Beds were comfortable.

The room was mediocre and it felt dirty. I paid too much for what we got. The breakfast was horrible. muffins were left out in the air with no covering and they didn’t offer much else. We booked for the breakfast and location and was disappointed.

Was comfortable and met my expectations.

Basic cereal, coffee and OJ. Was expected more breakfast items to choose from.

Room door had gaps and we had to kill a couple of bugs that can in under the door attracted by the light.

Just what we needed. A stop over for us and our dog on a long trip.

It was clean and right off the highway.

Over priced and will not be returning.

Half the amenities in the room didn't work. Had 3 busted light bulbs and were not changed when told front desk. They have pictures of the plug ins I built into drawers but they did not work.

I stay here alot, over the past few months.

My room wasn't easy to find.. there wasn't any close parking to my my room when I did finally find my room.. entering my room I could barely breath, it was like some one had taken a gallon of Pine-Sol cleaner and just poured it into the floors and let it just sit there. It hurt my lungs to breathe.

The room had roaches, the sheets had cigarette burns and the shower wasn’t clean, hair all over the place! I had nowhere to hang my clothes!

Not what I planned or expected.

Nothing , just the area close to food and highway

Everything !!! The room was gross , and for what I paid for it was not worth it. Sheets had burn holes the room smelled like cigarettes mind you its a non smoking room, One of the lamps didn’t work the floor was disgusting me and my family were uncomfortable. I just didn’t feel clean at all and even after requesting to have the room cleaned they just put the same sheets on the bed. Highly disappointed for my two night stay. Will not stay here again.

Not value for money at all .

Its a old motel , the management is unconcerned and appear to be rude

Redroof we are used to have some standard in terms of neatness and appearance. we were disappointed. the continental breakfast was missing. instead they kept cereal and cold milk

clean and well-maintained. would stay there again when traveling with our pet.

Accepts pets. We were traveling with our indoor cat and the manager and I had a nice chat about our kitties. Very comfortable bed, right amount of firmness. Small fridge and microwave in the room. the hotel is next to an Applebees so we could walk there instead of driving again after a very long day on the road.

Due to the recent sub-zero freezing and snow, the door locks were acting wonky. Had to get front desk to come open our door several times because the key card wouldn’t work. A minor inconvenience; hope it resolves with Warner, more normal, weather conditions.

Over all Good place just needs to be cleaned better.

The location was great. It was close to the main road and alot of restaurants.

We seen a few bugs in our room that I'm pretty sure was cockroaches. 😳
