The staff was amazing. We had an issue with our TV and they worked with us to get a new room quickly. They were kind and helpful every time we needed anything. The room was large, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked great. There was plenty of free parking available. The breakfast had hot and cold options and was good every day. Overall, we had a great stay!
The hotel is old, and even though the room was clean and in good shape, some areas looked a little rough. There was stuff stored in random places (like what used to be the pool). Checking in before 2:00 PM will cost a fee, and the hotel shuttle is $20/room each way to the train. The train is about a 30 min walk or a 10 min drive, but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. Not a great location unless you have access to a car.

Free shuttle from airport was great, as was the shuttle back the next morning.
Hotel staff was super-friendly and helpful in every way!
Room was clean and comfortable. the bed was comfortable. (great night's sleep!)
My only minor complaint is that at the bathroom sink the hot/cold lever was unmarked, and seemed to be backwards from the standard

The staff was very good, day manager was exceptional and very helpful. He deserves a good raise definitely. He is one of the sources of satisfaction for the hotel.
Mattress was sagging in one side and then not comfortable, guessing old mattress. We talked to the day manager and they changed the room for the second day. And a bit far from downtown. Took 40-50 mins to get there with traffic.

Needs a major update and the bathroom sink needs to be in the bathroom not the bedroom, there’s plenty of space to do this. No space for breakfast to small of an area!
