It's a beautiful little place, with a very friendly and most helpful owner. I really don't understand other reviews that didn't rate it better. We found it to be well-located, at the edge of centre and hence quieter than other places, and with the rooms at the back, so well off the street and away from the traffic noise (important in Antigua!). It was very secure, with the front gate always locked. It was clean and tidy, the shower very hot with good pressure. The owner made a huge effort to help us organise new year's eve plans, gave us her phone number to let us in on our return late at night, and also helped arrange airport transport. She made it all easy.

The hostel was conveniently located near the downtown area. Everything was easily reached walking. The hostel has a beautiful interior garden. It was reasonably priced for the room and location.

The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable. If you're a light sleeper try to get an interior room to reduce your exposure to noise, although in Antigua it's hard to find a place that isn't affected by the street noise. Make sure you have cash on hand to pay for your stay, this is not mentioned.

Nice old house in a quiet area from Antigua. Wonderful garden taken care with love.

The location for me was excellent. They have a nice garden which is appreciated. The staff is very nice and tries to help and be accommodating as much as possible.

The water for the shower was super hot, and the temperature gauge was stuck (I was told not to touch it as well). The bed wasn't very comfortable at all, but I got used to it quite quickly. The room seemed to be not very clean, and there was some particles on the floor and some stuff on the bed (looked natural, so perhaps from the ceiling or some such).

The room was cozy, warm and clean. The staff was very attentive and helpful.

The shower was a bit small and hard to graduate. The reception staff was a bit disorganized.

Regina took care of me as if I were family!!! The place was charming and comfortable. Service was amazing.
