The room was big. The bed was comfortable. The bathtub needs to be reglazed or replaced. The property needs an overall paint job.
Outstanding repairs eg. cracked windows, rusty railings, etc.

The spacious room, beds, pillows, outlets, lighting but was not cleaned well & not happy with supplies like shampoo, and handwashing soap and towels were not complete sets.
The location is very far from clifton hill to walk that ending up us sometime lazy to go out, but there is a closer We Go Stop. Walking distance to the shoe warehouse outlet & a bit far to walk to Canada One outlet, but we managed to walk there in Canada One outlet though not much things only few stores.
