Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff

The grounds and hotel itself was immaculate. The rooms were perfect and the staff was incredibly friendly. Definitely would stay again!

Worst place to stay. Be careful you may GET COVID

Bedding, AC NOT WORKING , NOUSE FROM THE HEATER ALL NIGHT, coffee machin not having any plug had to move it to another table. The air quality I n the roo was awful, me and my husbandbad got sick the last day of our stay. The staff and the maintainable guy did what they could to fix the AC and noise. Attention ; the bathroom door as I was sitting in the BR HIT MY KNEE hard , my husband didn't know the architecture of the bathroom is designed to hit my knee . Totally disfunction in all aspects. The desk person tried to find a room that dint have these issues, but they all had the same problems. Too much money l9st to bad set up.

it was nice

the building and grounds are beautiful. the rooms are nice and clean

no indoor pool; no coffee available in the lobby for guests, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety but the food was mediocre except for the fresh fruit which was excellent. the coffee served was weak. the coffee I made in our room was much better. All staff members are exceptionally polite and helpful!

The restaurant/room service facilities were non existent. We arrived from long flights at 22h20 and there was no freshbm food to be had not before 5pm.

The facilities are great. The staff is really friendly. The location to marietta square is walking distance (15 min).

it was a great location and well kept.

The air conditioner didn’t work. it blew but only warm air. we couldn’t make it blow cold air. Also, we went down for coffee and there were no waitresses or attendants. My husband, whom is a pilot, said it must be a free buffet. He went ahead and grabbed some food. We were there about an hour visiting with friends and an attendant showed up to charge us $18 a plate! No service, coffee had run out, and food was ok, but not great. There were no signs indicating what was going on.
