Staff was welcoming and helpful, the place was clean and cozy and facilities (pool and outdoors patio) were nice.
Beds weren't great, the mattress easily moved out of frame. And sliding bathroom door leaves space when closed making bathroom goers uncomfortable.

Front desk staff was very nice. After check in they didnt have cookies ready for us. The lady asked us to come back down after awhile and see if there were ready. When we did. She apologized and said here is a breakfast voucher. Very generous.
We stayed during my daughter's gymnastics meet and because of the event a lot of people were there too, I was looking forward to the hot tub but not very big. But that wouldn't keep me from staying again, just bummed on the size.

Location
When we first arrived they informed us of a water main break and there was no water. They said they were waiving cancellation fee if we wanted to go somewhere else but it was New Years Eve. So we stayed and hoped the water would come back on before we needed it. Thankfully it did. When we walked into the room there was trash on the floor and in the bathroom as well. The toilet was also dirty and you could tell the faucets haven’t been wiped down in a while.
