Do not book Hampton Inn through booking.com

It was in a decent location

I was over charged for my stay and the staff was no help on trying to resolve the issues

Nice hotel but short on employee friendliness and help.

Breakfast was good, bathroom clean and well maintained. A mature driver took me to College Park station to catch Marta. This curtious service was far superior to the younger driver I experienced upon arrival at the airport.

Airport transportation. Despite me calling the hotel two times the shuttle took 1.5 to pick me up. Upon checkin no explaination from the employee that checked me in. Very unwelcoming.

Good location for airport stays

The king suite was spacious.

The airport shuttle didn't run past 11pm. The air conditioning in the room didn't get to set temperature. The traffic is loud.

Exceptional

It was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was great, many varieties. The beds are so comfy. It was the best sleep I had in a long time. The employees will even give you a complimentary bag for your stay. I'd be willing to go back again some day.

Everything was perfect, no complaints.

We didn"t have linens for the sofa sleeper. Went to the front desk to get them, they had linens but no pilows.

The staff was friendly with the exception of the shuttle driver. Nice fitness facility. The tv in the room was nice as well

Stains on walls. Fitted sheet didn’t fit bed because two twin beds were pushed together. Poor choices for breakfast. Broken towel holder by mirror in bathroom. Hooks on bathroom door damaged. Hole in black out curtain. Buttons missing on phone

close proximity to the airport and provided a shuttle to and from the airport.

it was dated and some of the fixtures needed attention. the bathtub had rust stains.

The service was great,very friendly,and helpful the front desk was knowledgeable about the surrounding and gave good and simple directions

Only one of the two tvs worked and that one worked on one station We were offered another room but we were to tired to change

I’ve stayed here before. Much better last time. Average at best this time.

location was great

Pillows were not “normal” Hampton Inn pillows. A/C unit leaked. Toilet ran constantly. Comforter was soiled.
