The free breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly.
Elevators, only one working. Stairwell door to go up was locked. Cleaning staff in the afternoon were extremely loud and letting doors slamp behind them. This made it extremely irritating while attempting to take a nap at around 2:30pm. I thought there was customers arguing and slamming doors but when I went out into the hallway to see what the heck was going on. Found that it was the staff. Needless to say I did not get a nap.

We liked breakfast
We were assigned different floors, instead of same floor..That was not acceptable. The elevators were not working some of the time. Had a 12pm check out. 2 housekeepers knocked on door. One lady just opened the door, not giving me time for a 1 knock. Not courteous and it made me upset, so I went ahead and checked out. The hotel put a temp hold on my card for 164.00...and for what?
