Fijn hotel in mooie omgeving

Super locatie, goed te bereiken vanaf de Marta. Rondom het hotel is veel te voet te bereiken. Grote mall ook in de buurt

Peaceful quiet night in a no-frills, kind of drab room

The room was comfortable and clean. It was also quiet.

Walking down the long, straight corridor to get to my room made me feel like I was in The Shining. Thank goodness there wasn't a tricycle parked at the end! The staff wasn't very warm, and one was very obviously put out when my collogue asked if she could open the lobby curtains. He made a point of closing them with a bit of a huff before we left. In the room, I could have used more counter space near the sink. There was no need for the tub (a shower would do), so the counter could have been larger. Finally, the lighting in the room was kind of dim.

It is a clean room to lay your head for a night or two. Not too much beyond that!

Bedroom was clean and orderly..

Room 637. Metal Tub type shower, Flush handle was broken on the toilet and externally difficult to get to flush and the bathroom sink was incredibly slow to drain. Breakfast was a low end traditional continental style breakfast bar. Somewhat disjointed and grouped strangely. Front desk was understaffed and digital check in was unavailable.

Personal war sehr freundlich. Tiffany. Es war sauber. Check out erst 12 Uhr. Für uns sehr praktisch gewesen.

Parken entweder 40 Dollar, dann wird das Auto vom Mitarbeiter geparkt. Oder etwas die Straße hinunter, dann billiger. Aber bei der Lage ist es auch irgendwie verständlich.

Chambre très bien mais accueil déplorable le jour de notre arrivée .

L’établissement est propre, classique pour ce genre d’hôtel .

L’accueil . Le valet pour prendre notre voiture qui nous pose mille questions alors que dans d’autres hôtels cela se passe en 1 minute . La personne qui est l’accueil voit qu’il y a un problème mais ne se déplace pas . Aucune aide et aucune compréhension de leur part pour nous aider . Nous sommes français et ils ne font aucun effort .

My stay was uncomfortable, unprofessional, unclean and the rooms weren’t all that. Very noisy in the hallway. The patio

The room, they left trash in front of the elevators for days, and they charge for breakfast. What hotel doesn’t give free breakfast.

Nice room but I would never stay here again.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff were some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. The person that checked us in told us nothing of the property and he didn’t even tell us where to park. We were not aware that we either had to pay valet or pay in a parking garage every day. When we tried to check out, a different man was working and talking with another woman and when he got done talking to her, he just walked away and left me standing there so I just had to leave the room keys.

Very mediocre, would not recommend

1. They need more staff in the front. Took nearly an hour to check in because there was only one front desk worker. 2. The toilet in the room would not flush. 3. Upon leaving , requested valet to bring the car around. No other person was there so it shouldn’t have taken that long. It took the guy (light skinned with cornrows) 30 min to bring the car around. We saw him go sit in his car for 5-10 min before getting up to get my car. This was after we ran into him and he asked if we needed valet. I informed him that I requested it on the link. 4. Someone clearly wasted something in the lobby and elevator but no one seemed to want to clean it up. The hallway and elevator stayed sticky for majority of our stay.

Buena ubicacion, tamaño de la habitation. El desayuno de a pago, estaba complete y variado, algo que ultimamente no veniamos encontrando.

Nos apareció que la habitación estaba un poco descuidada ( papeles de techo y baños despegados o saltados), en nuestra estancia no nos hizo la diferencia pero creo que son detalles que bajan la impresión de la habitación y no cuesta nada mejorar

Hot room warm water. I like hot water for my shower and it was luke warm.

The valet was nice.

The hot water was just warm. The toilet ran by itself. The grout around the tub was filthy. If you turn off the heater it just comes back by itself making us hot while we slept.

Good breakfast with variety of choices for a 3-stars American inn. Very comfortable beds.

Nice facility, good staff

The fact that there was no on-site parking available should be easier to find, without digging through "Location and Transportation" to discover, after the fact. I spent $36 to park nearby and was at your facility for less than 16 hours. Also, most Hiltons I have stayed at had a complimentary breakfast, not one that cost $19.95! Really? Was that including a steak or something? I will not be back to the Buckhead facility, and have cautioned my friends who might want to visit the area.

Great hotel. Will stay again.

Everyone who worked there was super friendly. Got a great deal on the price and it was really nice and clean.

After scanning our card to have our car pulled around from the valet when we were checking out, it took 30 minutes for us to get our car. The valet person was very apologetic and helpful once we brought the issue to his attention.

Location

Valet charge was too too expensive. Lighting in our room was very dim. The hotel rooms need to be brighter. There was no water provided anywhere....even to fill up bottle.

A Great Stay

This location is in an amazing area, just a five minute walk to the closest MARTA station and shopping mall. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Ricky was so nice and accommodating while we checked in, and Roz made an easy and efficient check out. Beds are comfortable, and the AC was super cold, which helped a lot after being in the Atlanta heat all day. Housekeeping came by every morning to see if we needed anything. We didn't try the breakfast, but we did use the little market in the lobby quite often it was very convenient after getting back after a concert very late. We will be using this location again in the future.
