Satisfactory

Good quality coffee and coffee pot. Friendly front desk. Green space close by for dogs. Very comfy beds.

Entry door to unit needed weather stripping. Gap in door let light and air in the room.

Fantastic experience!

Customer service was incredible. I stayed during this winter season when it hit -36. I was concerned about my vehicle starting and I was asking about outdoor power outlets so I could plug my vehicle in. The receptionist changed me to a room which had outdoor outlets. When I got to the room I realized she upgraded me to an upgraded suite room, free of charge. The suite was nicely renovated and very clean, it was a very cozy stay for the week. I'll be sure to recommend to friends/family, thanks for everything!

The weather seal at the bottom of the door was leaky. It created a really cold draft when it was -36 outside, it made it hard to heat up the room.

Dirty tub. 1/2 roll of toilet paper ran out mid use and no extras in room.

staff was friendly. kitchenette was nice.

unsafe electrics. the back of the tv, wires and socket were inches away from the kitchen sink. very unsafe. loud nextdoor neighbour that had kids running around until midnight. overpriced for a very basic room

Very disappointing definitely overpriced for the condition of the unit.

Staff were very pleasant And the room was clean.

Furniture was old. A lot of updating is required TV and electric power bar should not be adjacent to the sink. Walls between rooms were very thin.verh disappointing.

Excellent customer service.!

Great stay even though we had to cut our trip short. Lady at the front desk was very helpful. The bed was comfy and we had a great sleep.

Maybe add a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries.(in the shower)

Curtains were not functioning. No shampoo or rinse. Only 1 cup for coffee. For a suit with a kitchenette, there were to few utensils.

easy accessible and comfortable stay

The location was close to shops, by foot about 20 minutes but a nice way to see the town. Nice and easy to get to, and suzie was super nice and welcoming. The suite was small but had everything you needed including a small oven, fridge, and microwave. Good AC as well!

The sounds of other guests sometimes would come through the suite, once in a while but nothing unmanageable.

Bottom line. Quiet night. Slept well.

No breakfast provided. Would have been nice to have it. I liked the fact that the motel is set back from the road and has a large green yard in the middle of the rooms. I liked that the motel is not downtown and countryside can be viewed from the rooms.

The bathroom basin’s porcelain which is in the kitchen needs repair - looks terrible. Also kitchen sink needs repair. The dish rack was filthy. Mattress a bit too firm for my liking.

Good location, easy to find as its right off the main road leading into Merritt. All suites are on the main floor which makes unpacking the car and relax king easier.

Comfortable and Safe Stay for Family

The suite is spacious and everything is clean. It has a well equipped kitchen and a little front yard space where kids can hang out safely.

they sold the room I booked before we got there and then phoned us 20 min before our arrival to tell us they had no room

The room was very small and having the bathroom sink in the kitchenette area was weird. Kitchen was not well stock - no kettle, no knife to slice a tomato. Outside was kid of grubby.

Bathroom design. Clean up outside. Paint door, etc. Looked like lots of long stay residents.
