Check in was fine. Room was pretty nice, lots of stairs to climb. Ice machine not working but ice was provided at the front desk. Jacuzzi tub in room was a welcome feature for relaxing after a hectic day.

WiFi was down, ice machine was broken, pool and hot tub were dirty, breakfast was poor. Juices were not good, oatmeal was stale, brown-n-serve sausage was not browned but steamed to a gray color, potatoes were undercooked. Was counting on the hot sauce to make the eggs better but it was old and came out brown and watery. This is not anyone's fault but you should know there is no elevator.

The beds were comfy, rooms were clean. We really enjoyed the pool and waterslide. Breakfast had a good selection. Great experience for the whole family!

Bed needs to be replaced or turned as the mattress slopes towards the floor probably where persons have sat and have damaged the sidewall over time There were transperant stains on the wall by the rooms entrance door and on the bathroom wall probably from a soda beverage Pillows were thin and very uncomfortable

Checked in late as this was a stop over on a longer journey. Service was good. The room smelled of cigarettes, there were people sitting outside of the rooms heavily smoking. There were constant visits from what seemed like couriers on bikes and it was 11:30 a so not delivering mail

The staff were friendly and the hotel room was clean and comfortable. However, the pool was not. I am surprised it is allowed to stay open. Inside the pool, tiles on the walls are broken and falling off, the ceiling was falling apart and looked like something was going to call through the roof, one window was broken inside the pool and the hotel just taped a screen over the broken area so that it wouldn’t fall onto the pool deck. There was mold and moss growing inside the pool. I didn’t feel safe to be in the pool. I don’t believe the pool would pass health and safety regulations. I was really disappointed by this.

The room was big and good but we couldn't open the window at all so it got really stuffy and hard to sleep. Cleanliness of room was average, not great. Pool area was neat, fun waterside, but the area was run down and needed a good cleaning or reno. Paint from the floor was flaking up on my feet. But the water was warm and slide was really fun for the kids. Breakfast was sad ... no protein left at all, so toast and soggy hashbowns and creal were our choice. Honesty for the price, it is what I expected. Clean enough and suited it purpose.

Great staff. Pool area was dirty, tiles falling off walls and on floor. Bathtub faucet in suite was constantly dripping, tons of water gathered in bathtub. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.

It was extremely cold -30 and people where starting up there cars and trucks all night. There where block heaters plug ins at least. I had a cord so I was good. The place has a decent free breakfast. Above average I would say.

The room was not cleaned well - found dirty used Kleenex behind the night table. The carpet behind the night table was very dusty and dirty as well. There was one half of an outlet to charge devices in the whole room - not a well thought out room. As a result the alarm clock was across the room utilizing the top half of that one outlet as there was nothing available by the nightstand. Dining area was grimy and not well cleaned. Breakfast in heating dishes were cold and not fresh. Old rags were hanging on the sink. The front staff worker was manning the front desk and dealing with the food. She was sick and coughing up a lung. Simply not enough staff to run this facility effectively. We stayed here about 5 years ago and the room we were given had a very nasty odour in it. It’s clear that there has been zero updates in years.

Absolutely filthy! There was blood or bright red juice sprayed across the carpet under the window, carpets apparently were not vacuumed, bugs in the bathroom, boogers, water drips, and grime everywhere you looked, stains on the bed covers, mold and water damage around every sink and under the counter, the shower wouldn't drain properly and squealed loudly, smeared brown who knows what by the headboard, no baseboards, paint drips on the floor, and no temperature control unit in the room. We were very cold and had to get extra blankets. There was a baseboard heater in the bathroom that did not work. The continental breakfast had several bread options (white, brown, English muffin, French toast, etc.), and the toaster worked well. Unfortunately, the eggs were out, sausage was lukewarm, and potatoes were dried out when we went to eat at 9:00 (service ends at 9:30). The coffee from the machine in the breakfast area spit chunks out that had me pour it out and stick to water. The pool area is quite dated, unclean, discolored, and deteriorating. The sauna did not work and the bathroom door was difficult to close. The water slide was fun, and the hot tub was hot enough. The night clerk was very helpful and accommodating, but the clerk before him was not overly friendly and check in took over 10 minutes. The staff member who cleaned the breakfast area was helpful and kind.

We were pleasantly surprised. The staff at the motel rushed our room clean up so we could check in very early in the day. The property was clean, the hot breakfast was decent, and our family enjoyed the pool and waterslide. For a small motel in a rural area, we found it very decent.
