Higgins Inn is a wonderful place to stay. We loved the penthouse suite - it is really funky and we were all comfortable from small kids to a senior grandparent. The grounds are gorgeous, and a really neat layout, it feels like you see something new every time you look. Rob and Teresa are really friendly and happy to help with anything you might need.
The biggest critique we had was that we wished the windows had screens on them. We stayed in the summer so had the windows and sliding door open to keep it cool overnight and for air flow, but had to deal with some spiders coming in too.

It’s an old house, but it’s clean and cozy. I like the well-decorated garden. It’s close to the beach, very good location.
My mom lives in the other small room, she said she heard some noise like people going up the stairs, so maybe can work on that part a little bit.
