Overall above expectations.
When we go to Downtown Perce, we could use a parking lot which owned by same owner.
At 1am, i disturbed my sleep by drunken my next door people. I could hear what he speaking

The rooms were cleaned every day without having to request it. The breakfast was delicious. Love those croissants. Suzanne was wonderful

Decent location. But there are plenty other properties in the area with much better location and view of the rock.
The view of the rock is from a window that opens into a common passage way. So you cannot really keep the curtains open to enjoy the view!
The room is large but the furniture and furnishings are cheap and basic.
The breakfast they served was also too basic. No fresh fruits and the bread they served was cheap commercial bread.
