Relaxing.

The reception staff were very helpful. The shuttle service served us well. We had a wonderful time in Boston.

It was the worst stays i had in my life

It was a noisy hotel creaking floors and ceilings teams up with noisy neighbors. The front desk will ask you for a 50.00 dollar deposit and 20.00 goes to the parking which is free in majority of hotels with big areas and they said they will refund you the remaining 30.00 dollars which until now hasnt come back to my card, its the worst hotel experience we had ,,,,

Fair price for a conveniently situated airport hotel

Breakfast was ok; I did not have to use the shuttle, but I could see that it was operating constantly; I chose the location because it's very convenient for the airport.

The surroundings are industrial and therefore not attractive at all.

Good value for money

Everything was perfect, room is specious, clean, there is everything you need for a few days. Breakfast is good, eggs, waffles, oatmeal... Shuttle works fine. It stops at Wood island station, for a blue metro line. You just have to say that you want to go there. When you go back from the city, it's necessary to call the hotel and they will tell you the exact pick up location. You just say the Terminal where you are and they will tell you at which door they will pick you up. Or if you are at the Wood island station, they will pick you up in front of the station. Max waiting time is 15-20min.

We had a good stay at the Hampton. Breakfast meals were great. The evening bar was convenient. Sandwiches were good.

It would be a good idea to install two small benches in front of the sliding doors when waiting for the shuttle at the hotel. One on each side. The shuttle takes a long time for picking up at Wood Island as well. You definitely need to work with the city to install benches on Bennington street. The shampoo/rinse/wash soap dispensers in the shower should be relocated to the rear of the bath wall. They are very bothersome on the side wall. The handicap bar should also be relocated towards the rear where it doesn’t get in the way when showering. We hit ourselves several times on the elbows when trying to move around the shower.

Exactly what I needed.

Easy check in and check out. Liked the pool.

That we had to pay for parking and didn’t find out till we got there. Sad that the hot tub was unavailable.

It was decent, but I wouldn’t stay there again

Breakfast was decent. They had a lot of choices and very clean. Shuttle driver to the airport was very nice . The room itself was neat and clean.

The hotel is extremely noisy. The walls are paper thin and you can hear people in halls all day and night. The bathroom door was a slider and wouldn’t close all the way. I asked them to fix it and they never did. Car alarms going off all the time

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It was perfect.

Friendly breakfast hostess opened right on time. We had a very early flight so didn’t get to eat but everything looked amazing.

It was a decent stay but I wouldn’t go there again

The options for breakfast they kept the rooms clean they had a pool for an option , room was big enough with a tall ceiling , staff was kind enough to make sure there was a shower chair in the bathroom for the person in a wheelchair in our party

Not really handicap accessible, difficult to get around if you have someone in your party in a wheelchair no grab bars in the rooms for anyone in a wheelchair to get on and off the toilet or in and out of the shower

NO WATER in the morning. Apparent work on whatever was leaking all over the hallway.

Great hotel but poor shuttle service

Very nice front desk staff.

The airport shuttle wasn’t as frequent as they said it would be and it was over crowded. It wasn’t organized and given that flights can be missed if one is late, the hotel should make an effort to make the shuttles more timely (they said they would come every 20 minutes but it was more like every 30 minutes and these small changes can make catching a flight stressful). Also one shuttle passed us without stopping.

Ideal for our needs.

Disappointed

The bed was fine.

Rude receptionist when checking in. Rust in the shower. Instead of sending me a welcoming email prior to my arrival about instructions about the hotel shuttle they sent me an outdated template that I should wear a covid mask and check in online.

Great stay before you fly out.

Steven the dinner time server was amazing and the rooms were very comfortable and great size.

The pool/ jacuzzi were under maintenance.
