it had a safe. i am in france now and paying as much money for a room with no secure storage for valuables. they gave me late checkout one hour.
the midnight arrival that took them an hour today get their shuttle to me at airport. i will not stay there again

The hotel itself was okay, but the shuttle service was a very unpleasant experience.
I arrived at around 11:30 PM and called the hotel to request the airport shuttle. On my first call, I was told that the shuttle would arrive within 15 minutes. However, despite several calls to the hotel, the shuttle did not arrive until around 1:00 AM — nearly 1.5 hours later.
The hotel itself was acceptable, but the shuttle service was extremely disappointing, especially after a long journey and late-night arrival. The communication and waiting time need significant improvement.
