Very clean room, quiet, Good value! I would recommend to those traveling in the area.
We needed sheets for the hide-a-bed couch, but the staff was very accommodating and supplied them immediately to us.

I saw a lot of comments raving about the breakfast prior to booking and asked myself "Come on, how good can the breakfast be?" Answer: the breakfast was the best part of the stay! Quality sausage, pancakes, variety of pastries, fresh fruit, etc was all good. Can't beat the price of the room either.
The one elevator sounded broken. We kept hoping that the other one would arrive first because we were concerned about it having a failure. There was a bit of mold in the bathroom.

I like that the facility was 20 minutes from Chicago.
My sister suffered what appears to have been bed bugs bites during the visit. The bites caused significant discomfort and distress. It negatively affected what should have been an enjoyable trip.
She has pictures if they are needed.
