It was just what I needed, in best of comfort for a short period of time

It was convenient to IHOP, the staff was absolutely excellent, very kind absolutely great welcoming attitude, I enjoyed my time I recommend to others. It not a long drive to anywhere near Daly City,and it is a decent area

Overall, my stay was enjoyable and comfortable

The breakfast options were quite satisfying, providing a good start to the day. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location, just a 20-minute walk from the airport, made travel logistics quite manageable. The rooms were not only clean and cozy but also well-maintained, and the staff's offer of daily cleaning services added to the overall comfort of the stay. I found the combination of these factors contributed positively to my experience at the hotel

When visiting San Francisco.. try staying at the Nova.. Value,value, value!

First thing we liked was the greeting from Janmesh! He made us feel so welcomed. First off I am a pillow snob, and to my surprise the Hotel Nova had soft feather/like pillows!! (perfect for me).. The room was quite and very clean.. I didn't wake up early enough for the Hotel breakfast. But if I had, there were nice choices to select from. The location was perfect (again for me) and free parking is a bonus!! So if you are looking for a Clean / Comfortable / Safe / Great Value Hotel. this is the place.. So be sure to stop in and stay... and say hey to Janmesh! He will make you smile for sure! (o: (Side note, if are looking for a quaint restaurant near the Nova (about 1,5 mile away) try the La Nueva Perla.)

If I am being honest, The rooms have window shutters. I would have preferred blackout curtains.

Great hotel, I recommend it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room, comfortable bed. Complimentary breakfast has everything what we need. Free parking and close to airport.

Because hotel is located close to airport at night it will be noisy, but we use earplugs and everything was good.

Safe environment, free parking, clean room, awesome breakfast, friendly staff (especially the lady preparing the breakfast). We were happy during our stay! highly recommended!

Very good

The customer service (Jamesh) was exceptional. He really cares for the customers and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The facilities fit the expectation for the price range, not great but also not bad.

The bed was a bit springy.

convenience, location and price

flying biting bugs generally called noseeums, because they’re so small that you really can’t see them. I’ve stayed here quite a few times and have given great reviews; however this was a different experience

Love The Property and Staff-Not the hard Matress

I loved the incredible likable staff. They made feel very welcomed. I wanted a nice quiet stay for my birthday and they definitely made sure I received that.

I didn't like that there was a piece of hair between the sheets and in the tub. I also felt that the bed was too stiff. Too hard. The property, staff, and environment met my expectations. Unfortunately, the discomfort of the matress and that fact I found stray hairs in the bed and tub did not.

Large and clean room, good parking.

On breakfast was weaker variety of food.

Good for an overnight stay next to the airport with continental breakfast included.

It was close to the airport and quiet.

No tea making equipment, kettle or milk just a coffee machine. No supper available but the adjacent hotels had restaurants.

A Very Nice Stay , You Won't Regret It 👌

The hotel was very broad and quiet in addition to some simple nearby extras you may want to have like a tiny gym room or a food delivery from their kitchen with a wide variety of food categories like italian , greek , veggie , mexican .... etc . Also we didn't have any problems with the parking even when the hotel is full of dwellers you can still find a parking spot .

346 dollars is kinda expensive for 2 people staying for only 2 nights , but compared to the current economical situation , you can consider this price as a regular one because almost everything in this country has become more expensive like : gas , clothes , hotels , cars .... etc .
