Elevated room at a good rate, parking fee seemed extreme, but I do this place again.

Check-in went well; the atrium and breakfast area- wished for longer or earlier hours as I kept missing it .

The parking rate per night seemed a bit extreme for the location without a valet.

Family trip to the bay

Great location for travelers and families. I will stay again when we are in the area. Comfortable and clean it was a great stay.

location was good, we loved the evening reception and breakfast

i think it's terrible to charge for pets who don't shed. We left no mess behind; you would never know we had pets in the room. This was not communicated ahead of time and then had to fight with staff management.

Beautiful and spacious room and hotel, wonderful amenities, and a great price for what you get!

Love the room layout and space for our family of 5, the room was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The food and drinks provided for the evening reception and breakfast were great! Love the pool design, with windows providing so much natural light.

The pool deck is not level and, therefore, has a lot of green algae in many areas. It was also a bit dirty with clumps of hair and lint on the floor. And used towels were piled up on a chair. In contrast to the rest of the clean and beautiful hotel areas, this pool area stands out as needing a little TLC. The hotel parking is spendy, but I guess that's normal for SF? The hotel room, which is large and spacious, had ZERO towel bars to hang towels. There was one small robe hook next to the shower. So our family (of 5 people) had towels and swimsuits draped EVERYWHERE!

The breakfast was amazing. The facilities were clean and comfortable.

Parking wasn't free and the pool was a bit sketchy.

Won’t stay again.

Front desk moved us after leak developed from the ceiling in the original room.

Kids run rampant. Hands in the reception snacks.

Phenomenal!

This was such a cool hotel, so different than the standard hotel. The central courtyard area was beautiful and huge, and all the rooms get a view of the courtyard from the hallways, the restaurant food was great, the extra snacks and drinks in the evening were a very pleasant surprise, the room had a lot of space, and the included breakfast was phenomenal. The whole hotel just felt like great value and way above and beyond most standard hotels. If we need to stay in a hotel again, we will certainly be searching out another Embassy Suites. I’ve always disliked staying hotels, but this was en entirely different experience.

The $39 USD parking fee to park at the hotel, while staying at the hotel, was a bad surprise and felt like a sneaky rip off.

Worth every penny!

Great facilities- pool, elevators, etc., helpful staff, convenient location, free airport shuttle, very well-kept Embassy property.

Wish the breakfast were available earlier than 7:30am on weekends… inconvenient for families with early flights out/checkout.

I was literally one floor from the lobby and I had paid extra for a balcony for no reason just to have a view of the parking lots.

breakfast is always delicious. kinda sad they limited the drinks on the complimentary hour, but that’s ok.. the rooms are always clean. Plenty of room for my family

The fact that they over charge you for a parking fee, when there is no attendant, no gate or anything so anyone can park really even from the hotel next to it

The setup of the hotel and the location was so convenient everything inside of the hotel was exceptional from the cleanliness to the customer service and food.

very good location, clean place,excellent breakfast

bus shuttle from embassy hotel states free / or $ 5 they charge us $ 10 per person.. In room can't control temperature outside was very cold and cannot turn on heater.Only stop on 72 F with strong wind coming from close window .So windy window drips mowing back and forth.
