yes, I will definitely stay again.

I love the location. Close to friends and family who live in the area. The CalTrain is just steps away.

Not that I didn’t like, but I would have liked a pool.

Staff friendly. Unfortunately had thought there was gluten free items (had been in contact prior) but wasn’t. However hotel made up for this by offering me a credit back to my Booking.com! They were apologetic and quick to remedy the issue. The bed was very comfortable. Close to airport so did have that noise.

Airport/train noise but that’s not the hotels fault.

Nice hotel but airport shuttle service does not operate often. No problem if you have your own car.

Nice comfortable room.

The shuttle bus to/from the airport runs only every 45 minutes--busses to other hotels run much more often. The first bus operates at 5:05am, which made it really close to get to my 6:20am plane.

the 70s revisited.

proximity to station and airport

very basic central facilities and breakfast. my biggest concern was returning one day around five or six pm to find the place in complete darkness. there was a local power cut, but the hotel had no emergency lighting, no emergency generator,, no torches or lights for staff to use. the receptionist was almost hiding in a back office and I had to call loudly to get her to come to Reception. we had to climb an outside staircase to our room in complete darkness and stay in our room with no power. I’m horrified by the lack of a plan, the lack of emergency provision, and the fact that the receptionist didn’t have a clue what to do.

Internet was terrible, I was 100% not able to work from the room. It was constantly dropping sometimes not reconnecting for 10s of minutes. The gym was closed. Breakfast was very basic.

location under freeway, next to train tracks, cleanliness, quality of breakfast, waiting for a week for my $100 parking fee to be refunded.

Very good

It was fine. Room spacious and bed comfortable. Breakfast was fine as well. It was a short walk to the main street in South San Francisco which had plenty of restaurants.

I arrived from SFO during the time midday when there are no shuttles. The shuttle back to SFO the next day was efficient. My room was in the back of the property, so was noisy from the freeway and trains.

Easy check-in, staff was courteous, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was a nice bonus.

The darkening drapes can't be closed to cover the entire window. Even though there were sheers, we didn't feel like we had quite as much privacy as we would have liked to have had.

Close to the airport, everything you need, very clean and incredibally good breakfast!

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good, well above average. The most important part was the staff. I wish I had gotten the female front desk persons name because she was so kind and nice. On our first full day in SFO our rental van was broken into near the parking areas to ride the ferries to Alcatraz Island. Unforntuntly, much of my personal information was stolen. Well myself and my middle son stayed-up all night long canceling credit cards, filing police reports and other things and the kind front desk person allowed us to park are rental van with the broken window close to the front office door. After sunrise we were able to replace the van and the very kind front desk person saw what we were doing all night long and extended our check-out by 1 1/2 hours. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for being kind and caring lady at the front desk it made this horrible experance much more tolerable.

I had no major negative concerns.

It was close to the airport which was convenient. We do appreciate the cleanliness of the bathrooms!

Our group of 5 families (16 people altogether) did not feel comfortable during the stay. In one room, there were some blood stains. In another room, the bed sheets were torn up and they had to use their t-shirts as blankets. It's not great value for the money.

offered breakfast, the pillows on your bed, staff was friendly.

our room was on the side of the train I asked not to be loud noise, no exercise room due to no staff, and no pool.
