The Hotel itself was pretty nice. The breakfast/coffee was ok too. The thing that ruined the entire stay for us was someone tried to steal our car at 6am in the morning. If it wasn't for that I would probably give the Hotel a 4 star overall. The main reason for my rating isn't just the break in itself. When I approached the management about this issue the response I got was "signs are posted in the parking lot that you park here at your own risk." When I tried to ask for help with the matter or some sort of compensation for paying to park in an unprotected lot I got "signs are posted in the parking lot that you park at your own risk." I get that it's not the hotels fault. What we were looking for was some kind of help from the hotel. There was no sympathy. Like it's just a common thing that they have been desensitized to and I'm the one who has to get over it! My question is if everyone is paying for parking in your lot, shouldn't they have money to pay for a 24 hour security gaurd service? Knowing this is a problem!? Maybe it's just me. I'll never stay at this hotel again or south San Francisco. We usually stay in Oakland and have never had an issue.

Missing TV remote. Had to let the front desk know so I don’t get charged for a missing remote. Did not offer a new remote. Request last checkout a day prior which was granted. Day of checkout our keys no longer worked after eating breakfast. Staff would not recode keys. Instead front desk kept calling housekeepers to let us back into our room each time as we brought our belongings to our car and back to the room to get more items. Very inconvenient.

The rm was nice & clean but no one explained you needed the extra key to access power in the rm. I felt like everything in the bathroom was installed backwards but we were able to figure things out. The breakfast was horrible! Not enough options to choose from but the eating area was very neat & clean! This hotel has it's ups & downs and needs a little improvement. Good enough for a 1 night stay!!

We were there to move our daughter to her new place in SF. This was a 15-minute drive into the city, had Tesla chargers super close, and was extremely clean and comfortable. The check-in staff were extremely friendly, and the morning breakfast was pretty good.
