It is clean and a convenient location for us. We had omelettes for breakfast and they were better than expected.

Price, size of the room, location and facilities.

We think the sheets were a little dirty before we stay there but we are not sure and the lady that helped with the check in at night has a bad attitude.

Shower is unsafe. Need a grab bar.

No grab bar in shower. Hand soap too small. Soap in shower mounted too high.

A nice hotel in a nice neighborhood.

There was no breakfast included, but there was breakfast available in the main lobby/bar area that was great and not too expensive. Our room was very comfortable. The location was nice, in a business park area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very professional but also very friendly.

As an Older single woman traveling alone, I felt very comfortable and secure.

Bed was extremely comfortable. I was at end of hallway so very quiet. Very very clean

Exceptional

The room was spotless! I travel alot across the US it was so nice to sleep in bedding that actually smelled like it had been just washed. Rooms were quiet. The staff was super helpful, friendly and attentive. Location was 15 miles from Fifth Third Arena. The price was fantastic. Will keep this in our hockey book !

Four Points would not consider a refund or credit for a O'Hara and Midway airport shut down due to weather br Air Traffic Controllers.

Excellent location in Chicago's west suburbs with clean, comfortable accommodations.

Location was outstanding, centrally located to major transportation routes such as I-88, I-355, US-83, Cermak Rd and Wolf Rd. Hotel is very close to Oak Brook are with many restaurants and shopping choices. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained. On-site parking was convenient. We did not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast but we appreciated the complimentary coffee each morning.

Some guests may like it but we did not care for the scented air being pumped into the lobby.

Disappointing

Despite getting a booking confirmation AND calling during the day to CONFIRM the confirmation AGAIN...when we arrived at the hotel, the staff seemed disinterested and told us that they were overbooked and didn't have any rooms available. Not sure how you can overbook a hotel, as if a room is booked, you can't book it again. She finally said she found us a room, but seemed fairly disinterested the whole time, and didn't seem to give us any sort of feedback.

Comfortable, well equipped and clean room. Friendly staff.

Too far from downtown Chicago, almost impossible to get by public transport. Breakfast isn't good.
