Although there is no breakfast provided, but there is a convenient store and Tim Horton within walking distance. You can buy food and drinks. Parking space is very good. Only 5-minutes driving distance to the downtown of Lunenburg.

This was a disability room and very spacious. A beautiful spacious shower and bathroom, well equipped with microwave, fridge, coffee pot and toaster
Very close to a grocery & liquor store and coffee shop.
The only complaint was we are not fans of Roku TV but managed to make it work for one evening

we had to leave early but ate at Tim Horton's across the street
We had to step up out of a gravel parking lot into the room. Would have been nice to have had a mat to wipe your feet off on before going in the room.

The bathroom was updated. The rest of the room needs updating.
A vehicle is required to get to Lunenberg harbour and decent places to eat.
