The indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs we liked the most. The room was clean and was well appointed, with nice lighting, good quality bedding, pillows, robes, and towels. Top notch service at the Elements restaurant from two different servers on different days, the manager greeted us and was friendly, also great service from bartenders Pete and Nate. The food was good quality and lots of patio seating.
The bed was not as comfy as last time, and it seemed to be wearing out in room 207B. Smaller room than last time. TV was small. The carpet in our room had a few stains, and the hallway outside the room needed a carpet cleaning from stains as well.

everything is great, the hotel is cool. warm pools and hot tube. we will come again!
1. we were a little bothered by the music at the pool which was loud. if we wanted to sleep during the day, it would have been difficult for us, but they turned it off pretty quickly (around 7pm). but the windows had good insulation, so with the windows closed you could barely hear it. 2. the air conditioner in our room (206 B) broke down at night and started making a terrible noise.

Location. Room had a beautiful deck and view to the mountains.
The elevator wasn’t working so we had to either use the stairs to the 3rd floor or use another elevator and bring all our luggage on two different carts to our room. A very nice fellow helped us to move our luggage from one cart to the other going up three steps each move. The elevator wasn’t working to the underground parking so again had to do 3 flights of stairs. Our room was clean but the lighting in the room and bathroom was very dim and inadequate.
