We always stay here because it’s walking distance to everything we want to see. The view from our room is exceptional…view of the mountains and the creek. Rooms are clean and have all the amenities we need.
Highly recommend this hotel.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this hotel, but l needn't have been concerned.
The extremely warm welcome from the reception staff! The best we have had in Canada, nothing was too much trouble and they took time to explain everything. Loved the location and it's close proximity to the town. Loved the comfortable clean rooms with amazing local Rocky Mountain toiletries which smelt amazing. We also loved the pub which served great food and the service was excellent! A super choice for Canmore, especially the free parking.

Staff, super confortable beds, amazing views.
The room was smelling a bit of cigarette. We could feel the staff did their best to clean it up, but we could still feel it. Probably just bad luck with a disrespectful guest before us.

The location is great , the beds were super comfy and the staff were all friendly and helpful .
Our room was very outdated , the bathroom was clean but didn’t look clean , mold in the tiling , a bit of bleach soaking would help , peeling bath etc . Price for the room was high in my opinion.
