The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Brinda, who was incredibly helpful and kind throu
The inn itself looks quite outdated from the outside and in some areas, but the inside was clean and tidy.
The parking lot is quite narrow, so guests need to be careful when parking and opening their car doors to avoid accidentally scratching the vehicles parked next to them.

Perfect location in Canmore with great views of the mountains and balcony facing the creek. We saw 2 Elks from the balcony on our first night😃. Also close to the vibrant street.
Very comfortable beds and pillows and very clean!
No AC, the room was extremely hot everytime we came back from our outings and we always needed time until it cooled down to a comfortable temp. They provided 2 ventilators which did save the day!
While spacious, the room was also quite dated and would benefit from a lil update on some features
