The location and apartment were nice. Both my partner and I found the bed extremely uncomfortable though and the main reason we booked this room was because of the jet shower that was advertised in the pictures, however they did not work. Location was great, walking distance from in town trails and the town centre. If the bed and shower were fixed, would have been 5 stars

We have stayed in this building multiple times and enjoy the pool and hot tub. This condo comes well stocked with more than we needed. The host is very accommodating and easy to reach. The only drawback is the location of the actual condo. It's on the first floor. When cars are entering the park aid, their lights shine into the windows. If you don't mind having your blinds closed all the time, it's not a big deal. Everything else was terrific.

The property is old and showing its wear. The couch is not comfortable either to sit on or sleep on. Thankfully, we brought our own folding mattress. Pillows are great tho, and the dishwasher is super quiet. Really, not much of a view as the unit is facing another building. You can see them if you look out the bedroom window. BBQ was great,but the fireplace did not work. Park underground and take elevator 1 to your room. For the priceit was fine.

The property has great amenties except the inside temperature can’t be controlled. We have to open the windows and door balcony to let the air come in. It has thermostat but we do not think it’s working. We did not try to contact owner as this is not a big deal and opening the windows worked out fine. Email instructions from owner was clear as this is self check-in/checkout and codes are working. Parking was parallel as stated from the email, not easy but ok. We were not able to try the pool, tub etc as this was only a short trip and our goal is to see Banff and towns nearby. It was 20 min to Banff and middle to other popular spots. Great for a family stay.

For the price of this rental, it should have been spotless.
Stove had pot boil-over shmeg and wasn’t scraped off. Kitchen floor wasn’t even swept. Shower leaks and the shower door had mold. The carpet hadn’t even been vacuumed. Holes in the drywall.
I don’t recommend this place for anything more than $100.

The owners are amazing very great communication. Excellent deal with will definitely deal with these owners in the future. Thank you very much for the stay. It was for my sons wedding.

Place was as advertised. Had a little problem with the door lock initially. The phone contact was responsive.
The shower pan leaked a little. I left a message with the checkout process.

The complex is big and has lots of amenities - great pool area for kids, decent restaurant, etc. The unit itself was small but really worked well, and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The beds are comfy, the place was clean and cozy, and everything worked! Its a nice suite - pictures are accurate. At the price point we paid, and knowing the other options, it was a excellent deal - but don't tell anyone because I want to keep it a secret and come back again and again!

We couldn’t check in, had to wait for cleaner to finish 45 minutes late. She left a puddle of water UNDER the floorboards in the bedroom so every time we stepped there water bubbles up through them. 2/3 lightbulbs in the bathroom were burnt out, 2 in kitchen as well. The shower didn’t work more than a drizzle from one of the shower heads and the bathroom door gets stuck in the closed position, which locked my 75 year old mother in because she wasn’t strong enough to force it open. There was no actual sugar for coffee, just sweetener. No bottles of water either, but there was a can of beans & some tomato paste if that’s what you like. We had to put our own bedding on the bed - cleaner didn’t do that either. Bathroom also smelled really badly like urine around the shower & toilet. This was the night before & night of my wedding, the accommodations were sub-par for the overcharged expense for 2 nights. Only saving grace was the restaurant in the lobby - staff & food are amazing!
Will not ever stay here again I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Feels like home when you are on the road. The host arrange almost everything. The fully equipped kitchen is a bonus, they even stocked everything to make sure you feels like home. Love the washing machine when traveling with kids! We love the water facility, not crowd at all! Walkable distance to restaurant and grocery shops.
The host gave really clear information to access to the building, parking, and facilities.
Also, we slept-in to check out and have to send msg to the host to delay check out for 30 mins. The host is so nice!!

Our family of three had a great time on our trip to Canmore. The condo was clean, but starting to show signs of wear and tear, and there was no actual lock on the patio door, just a security bar to pull down into place. The kitchen was stocked well enough, but we felt we had to do the dishes a little too often because there weren't enough plates, gasses, etc.. My 10 year old loved the pool and waterslide, it was just a short walk down the hall. The condo was only about a 10 minute walk from downtown Canmore, which was super convenient to get to all of the restaurants and shops. Communication with the owner was excellent before out trip and during our stay. Overall, it was a great trip and we would likely stay here again, just a few simple improvements would make a big difference.
