A very comfortable night's stay with a warm welcome. The room was well presented. Breakfast was excellent. It felt very homely. We would stay again.

Enjoyed a few nights here. Everything you need is within walking distance. Downtown is about 12-15 minutes to walk. The room was cozy. There is a door to the deck, but no chairs to sit and enjoy a coffee. The room was very hot, and the door had no screen to keep it open for fresh air, otherwise it would of been just right. Breakfast was great. Staff is wonderful. Some rooms look newly renovated.

We had a wonderful time, the place is nice and clean. Staff is excellent and caring. They accommodated our situation with an early check in. We stayed in the Grassi Lake room and it was fabulous, beautiful fireplace and loads of room. We certainly enjoyed our 2 day stay and recommend.

We stayed there just for 2 nights but it was amazing time. Our room was renovated, had very comfy king size bed! And smart tv and wifi. Everything was amazing and breakfast was better than I expected. Everyday was something different, portions were good and this place has the best tea I’ve ever tried! I will recommend this place for everyone. Truly recommend!

The Inn is gorgeous, the staff is wonderful, the renovations were a bit disruptive and the sauna was unavailable because of the renos.

Very nice and quaint Victorian style house with about 13 rooms. Other than a couple of rooms that have been fully renovated, the rest are older and tired looking and need some TLC. However the cleanliness of the place and the staff make up for this small deficiency. Every breakfast was superb and the staff it’s just so kind and attentive during your whole stay. Great location, close to many amenities and a short drive into Banff. They are currently renovating the dining room/sitting area which will include a rooftop hot tub. We would likely stay at this location again.

The wineglasses dirty. The heating down stairs was shut off couldn’t have breakfast at the tables to cold. Said it was broke. Tv didn’t work very good. I would not come again. Breakfast was slimy

The towels that we used had some hair on it when we are wiping our face after showering. Then only 1 small garbage can provided. We are in the end unit beside the exit and it was really noisy people outside are yelling til 2am. Staff are very helpful and breakfast was really good.

Everywhere in Canmore looks like a great location and this is no exception. The front desk closes often so if you plan to leave your bag here before check in (like I did), don’t expect anyone to be here. They don’t help you with your luggage and there is no elevator. It’s clean and quiet. You get two physical keys - one to front door and one to your room. They don’t show you anything without specifically being asked (like how to turn on the air conditioning, or if window opens, or how the tv works or even mention wifi passwords).

I was not satisfied with our stay at all. I did not like having to wear the slippers they provided once I entered the building. Especially since my shoes weren't even dirty after driving in the car for hours. In bad weather, I might understand the idea but not in sunny, 26 degrees. The "Mountain View" room I paid for was a joke. It should be called a building view. You seen literally a piece of the top of a mountain. The air conditioner was so noisy and squeeky we had to stick a piece of paper in it to try and make it quieter. The floor, no matter where you walked, squeeked like crazy. We tried to open the window to let air in so we didn't have to listen to the air conditioner but the street noise was worse. The breakfast that was served was not good and I did not feel welcomed and felt out of place as we were the last reservation and everyone else was there. Will not be back and crazy expensive for nothing!!
