amzing location, friendly staff, large rooms, my family and I will return..maybe without the kids ;)

Loved the location. Minutes away from the crazy nightlife, amazing food, and located directly on the beach. I very rarely brag on how wonderful the staff is but I will in this situation. Miami city was experiencing water problems and the sataff bent over backwards to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Extremely polite.

my only complaint.....the pool closes at 7pm. Bummer.

Great location and clean with easy access to beach

Great location, super clean, great gym, staff friendly and helpful, great restaurants with delicious food, easy access to beach and the hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas with free cold bottled water every time you ask for it

Parking is expensive 40 per night but it’s a valet parking

Staff were really friendly and helpful . Location is amazing. Would stay again!

Best location in South Beach. Far enough away from the hustle bustle for some peace and quiet but still walking distance for evenings out.

Bathroom shower. Pressure and temp controls weren't great. Shower needs an update. Room rate was expensive compared to alternatives.

great location on heart of south beach

housekeeping could have been more accommodating. my son accidentally broke a glass on our last night and the room wasn’t equipped with a broom or vacuum to clean it up. housekeeping never came to help. no extra blankets or pillows in the room. the pool is nice but it feel weird to swim while people are eating and looking at you.

Would have been excellent but breakfast sucked!

Hilton staff were very professional and welcoming. It was also refreshing to have access to complementary cold mint water as I entered the hotel lobby. The staff on the beach were quick to attend to me and very helpful with suggestions on where to eat etc. I felt well taken care of. Also, the room was exceptionally clean. My room had a balcony that oversaw the beach. It was soothing and breathtaking! The hotel was quiet too. It felt homely.

The restaurant doesn’t offer much, especially for breakfast. They don’t do buffet but even the a la carte menu was extremely boring and disappointing. No pancakes, no waffles and bread options were limited. Also, not many omelette choices and the omelette tasted flat. Hot milk for tea was served in a foam cup. The waiter said they didn’t have utensils for tea. They didn’t serve oatmeal either. Cereal came in small cereal boxes for one serving and even at that, the bill for breakfast gets to around $48. Once, I ordered room service and looked forward to a tray of different condiments I had requested. They all came in one brown bag. In my eyes, this was a downer on my experience as I had to take an Uber to ihop to get breakfast. Breakfast places are a good distance away from the hotel.

One bedroom suite i stayed inn, was full of mold odor, all my clothes smels like mold, and very heavy presence of mold. Room. 701

Very good location

Great location, great beach access.

Pool is small, room service finishes at 11pm, minibar was not restock, property looked old. There was an incident few rooms away from ours and I was really surprised the hotel didnt call the police.

Lovely hotel, great location. I highly recommend.

The room was very spacious. I especially love the ocean front and wrap around patio. The Bathtub is very special bonus since most hotels only offer showers and having the kitchen was that extra added touch!

Our hotel room was above the pool so we heard the music when we went to sleep a little early but it ended at 10pm so it wasn't too bad. It is bearable.

Exceptional

The staff were helpful and nice. The accommodations were great. The food was amazing.

I didn’t like that the pool was in the middle of the dining area. Guest would be enjoying the amazing restaurant and watching other guests swim. Not too many people used the pool due to that. Also the pool and Jacuzzi closed really early. But the beach was right outside the door so there’s that.

- Beach towels and chairs included - Very friendly staff

- Terrible WiFi, nearly no connection in west tower - Outdoor area packed with chairs - Cleaning Lady came late (4pm) - AC in room loud, setting for low only turns on the fan less times a night - AC of building next to hotel very, very loud. Can be heard in room and on balcony. Not very relaxing - breakfast opens at 7am, terrace not ready until 8:30am -

Excellent all around

Excellent location, great restaurants on ground floor of hotel with great hours. Outdoor jacuzzi and sitting area was a bonus.

We had a family of four in a large suite, would have been great to have 4 beach chairs with price of room not two.
