Great stay, I recommend it to everyone.

I really liked the suite with 2 bedrooms so my whole family could stay together.

We got there too early for check in so we had to wait. It wasn’t really the fault of the property, it was just poor timing on our part.

GREAT BEDS AND PILLOWS

The beds were super comfortable and the rooms was spacious. I had a great experience during my stay. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with soft pillows and clean sheets that made it easy to get a good night's sleep. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with tasteful decor and plenty of natural light. The attention to detail was impressive, and everything from the temperature control to the bathroom amenities was top-notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

During check-in, the front desk clerk was not very friendly and seemed bothered by our presence. We were only given one physical key, and the digital key provided did not work. The clerk informed us to avoid losing the only key supplied as they had no extras available. Your front desk clerk at check-in was not very friendly; it seemed we were bothering more than anything else. We were not provided two keys, and the digital key was not functioning, so do as we were told: "Don't lose your key 'cause we don't have more."

El hotel se encuentra en una zona cerca del aeropuerto, de fácil acceso y con todo lo necesario cerca, yo ya había estado antes en ese hotel y ahora cobran el parqueo a razón de USD.15.00 que me pareció muy cardo ya que antes no lo cobraban, con relación al desayuno lo puedo calificar de bueno.

No me gusto que you solicite desde que hice la reservación que se hiciera la limpieza a diario y ellos la tienen programada cada dos días , por lo demos todo muy bien, el personal es muy amable y educado.

Not good

They selling you the king suit with sleeper sofa for 4 person but actually just three could sleep there, my husband had so sleep with pillow on the ground and we both thin people but the sleeper sofa is just a regular couch!!! Made me really upset and the staff didn’t do anything about it wasted my money in this hotel never again!

Mala atención de srta de recepción ,pero solo era una , las demás muy atentas

La habitación ,la infraestructura y limpieza

La srta de recepción muy mala gracia, con la excusa de q no habla español no daba solución y tenía otras compañeras en el otro ambiente que si hablaba español, pero no les avisaba para q nos ayuden ,uno mismo tenía q ir a buscarla para q nos puedan solicitar toallas e implementos de higiene

Did not like paying for parking, not coming back

I HATED PAYING FOR PARKING. DUMBEST THING EVER. IVE BEEN STAYING HERE EVERY JULY FOR YEARS AND NEVER GOT A NOTIFICATION SAYING PARKING WAS NO LONGSR FREE. I WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS. NOT COOL. WILL NOT BE BOOKING ANOTHER ROOM HERE. AT LEAST COMMUNICATE WITH PEOPLE AND TELL THEM IN ADVANCE YOU CHARGE FOR PARKING. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.

There wasn’t enough space on the shuttle bus the first time it arrived so we ended up eating an hour to get on the bus

Very good, would stay there again

Good service, friendly staff. Location is perfect if you want to do different things. like shop, or go to Miami Beach. Airport shuttle service worked well, and was relatively quick. Waffles were very popular with the kids, for breakfast

Breakfast buffet was maybe lacking a bit of variety, but not a huge problem.

Great space to drop your bags after a long day of traveling. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent

- Proximity to airport - Offering space for family of five (one bedroom with two queens and a sofa bed in living room) - Excellent inclusive breakfast

- Windows need to be replaced as the ones in our room were cloudy - The elevator sounds terrifying and seems to start moving before doors are fully closed

Meh… it was ok

Location was nice, the front desk staff was very helpful and very kind. She got us in early. The stuff was great. The Suites were nice. It felt like you had your own little apartment!

this hotel just needs a little love - Strangely, you had to exit the property and walk down the sidewalk along the busy street to go to the pool. It was strange since there was an access from the actual property but it was locked. When you first enter the suites/room, it seemed clean enough but when you started looking at the floors (corners ) and the showers, were not clean at all. We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and provided a free shuttle. However, the shuttle doesn’t start running till 7 AM and we had a flight before that so we couldn’t take advantage of the shuttle that is advertised on their website. The hotel is located on a body of water that could be beautiful however there is a lot of trash floating around -washing up on hotel grounds/shore- could be cleaned up
