Otherwise the property was perfect. Location for overnight between the flights, shuttle running constantly, and quality of sleep .
You should be heartist not only on trainings but in real operations as well. My 60 years old mother came to fully prepaid stay. Very poor English and EU bank blocking pre authorisation for extras. I have asked manager in duty to put “no post” and empty the mini bar. So my mum gets only what is fully prepaid, which is accommodation. But yet and still it took around half an hour after 13 hours flight. Very disappointing experience for her. I think sometimes you should deal by case and not being robotic. Otherwise we would have AI at check in desk.

Staff was very accommodating. I stayed for one night and they have extended my check out due to some circumstance. Wifi is very fast and room is a bit old but clean. They alao have airport shuttle.

Ten view form the pool is mesmerizing! It definitely worth to spend some time during the sunset hour. :)
Unfortunately it is far from Pullman experiences in Europe. Staff is rather reluctant - you have to drag information on the facilities from them; a/c seems to be automated - you cannot handle it in the room, it does not change according to your settings; requires more thorough cleaning; and the cherry on the pie was the huge cockroach in the bathroom. There’s quite a few hotels around Miami airport, will choose something else next time.
