Not going to stay in it again

clean and quite room. I was also allowed to bring food in

The hotel is not really near the airport. I thought it was closer. The staff when arrived were not helpful. I sent 2 messages earlier informing the hotel that I will be arriving really early and gave them the time. No one responded to my message until I reached the hotel informing me that it is better to communicate by calling - seriously!

Great Miami airport hotel, keeping us close to the airport for the 6am flight upon checkout, but just a short Uber away

Great location to be near the airport. It’s not downtown or at the beach, but it is right next to the airport. Starbucks is in the parking lot, as well as chipotle. But there are other places to eat around. Uber to South Beach was $20 in the morning, and the Uber back was $25. It was only a 15-20 minute ride. Great location for us, since we were just there for a weekend in Miami, and had to be at the airport at 6am the next day. Aloft will pay to have an Uber Pick you up at the airport and take you to the hotel. They did the same to get back to the airport. That was better than using a shuttle. The employees were all AWESOME. Great stay. Oh, our room overlooked the airport, so we could watch planes taking off and landing anytime, pretty close to the hotel. But the windows were almost soundproof, so it never was a disturbance. I love flying, so I was loving it. If we need an airport hotel in Miami again, we will stay here. One more thing, El Pollo Inka restaurant across the street was great too!

We didn’t really have any issues with anything. They even let us drop our bags off early in the morning after our flight arrived in a secure room off the lobby until our room was ready for Check-In in the afternoon. We had a great experience.

Mainly good. Nice reception and management people at the reception desk.

Reception staff were good, efficient and friendly.

- room cleaning , 2 times my room was not cleaned. Once they knocked on the door in the morning, I told them that I would leave soon. But anyway , when i cam back late afternoon, the room was not done. The second time, I left at 10am, came back around 1pm stayed in my room for 15 minutes to change and left , came back around 6:30pm...room not done. The cleaning lady saw me coming and going out. One thing I did not like at all, was the speaker in the room, shouting loud in my room, testing the fire system, I presume. I almost had an hart attack.

Need to fix the basics first

Fresh and young taste of the furniture, the staff was ready to help on any issue that arose.

Rooms are very noisy, especially if you’re close to elevators. The corridor itself is noisy and doors shut even if you try to close with care. Also, my room was very dirty with countertops not even wiped out

Underwhelmed - probably won’t stay again

Breakfast was ample and the server was delightful.

I think my room could have been cleaner - the desk had not been wiped - there were rings from where glasses had been set. My bathroom sink was dirty

Goede locatie bij de AirPort

Locatie is perfect. Vlakbij de airport en ze hebben een gratis uber service naar de AirPort. Wij kregen een gratis late check out voor de vlucht dus dat was erg aangenaam!

Rude staff, no decent food provided…poorly stocked drinks fridge…very slow lift…generally tired and dreary…

Excellent value, clean and efficient.

Convenient location for us to layover. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Locations close to food for late night arrival and early morning departure.

Our room was freezing cold when we arrived. Took a bit to adjust thermostat and get it warmed up, but was pleasant when we got it adjusted.

Comfy & quick drive to the airport

Our room was spacious, quiet, and clean. Our bed was super comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite especially Martha at the front desk.

The only thing we didn't like was that the fitted sheet didn't quite fit the mattress and the corners kept popping off.

Don’t book this hotel. does not have shuttle from airport

Decent and clean

They do not have shuttle from the airport after 10 pm. I tried to get Uber but no Uber driver wanted to take my Uber request since it was a short distance. Finally after 50-60 minutes some Uber driver accepted my request. When I got to the hotel I was so tired. I asked for a reimbursement fir the Uber drive but I the hotel management didn’t get it to me.

It was a decent stay. Would recommend if the price is right.

It was in a good location. Starbucks & pollo tropical on the property. It was a little further than I expected but not too bad.

I wasn’t a fan of the industrial look. It had a lot of wasted space in the room. It could’ve been configured a lot better. Also, not a fan of carpeted hotel rooms.

Parfait pour un transit entre 2 vols ✈️

Chambre très spacieuse et propre. Calme. Pas très loin de l’aéroport, pratique pour un vol le lendemain. En appelant l’hôtel, ils nous envoient un uber gratuitement. Et ils nous en ont commandé un autre pour le retour. C’est un vrai plus, merci 🙏 Merci à la jeune femme l’accueil très sympathique.

Une petite bouteille d’eau pour 2 était un peu juste, une 2e aurait été bien.

Estuvo bien aunque no me devolvieron el depósito.

La ubicación! Él cuarto estaba muy limpio y acogedor.

No tomen el desayuno. Te cuesta muchísimo más para lo que te ofrecen. No hace sentido la calidad del desayuno vs el precio. Para eso desayunan en cualquier lugar cerca y les saldría casi igual. Él depositó nunca me lo devolvieron. Después de ese hotel me quedé en otro y me lo devolvieron a las 4-5 días y de este hotel lleva ya 10 días y NADA aún. Así que tengan cuidado con eso. De ahí en fuera nada más .

Our stay served its purpose but we would not choose this hotel again.

The bed was comfortable

Only one chair in the king room and it was a desk chair. We are in our mid 70’s and it was not comfortable. The staff was not friendly. The bar, because we had no where to sit in our room, was sapose to open at 4. The young man at the front desk said maybe 530 or 5. We came back down at 5. Then it finally opened at 6.

Bom hotel com custo benefício coerente.

Escolhemos o local pois fica entre Dolphin Mall e Estação de Miami Airport, a 08 km. Não alugamos carro, mas Uber até a estação fica entre US$ 10 a 15. Tem pequenos restaurantes ao lado, comida mexicana, frango e Starbucks. Tem conveniência ao redor com outras opções. Quarto silencioso, hotel um pouco usado mas OK.

Quando o café da manhã estiver incluído, tem que pegar um cartão na recepção, preencher uma ficha com o pedido, conforme cardápio na parede, e apresentar na cozinha. Não é buffet. Tem outros produtos na geladeira (sucos, frutas) mas não é muito claro se estava incluído ou não, então ficamos só com os pedidos + café.

Lage ist ideal für An- oder Abreise. Kostenloser UberX vom Flughafen. Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Parken 10$ pro Nacht vollkommen in Ordnung.

Kühlschrank ging nicht.
