Fast shuttle and very friendly driver. Fast checkin/checkout. Pretty basic American breakfast, nothing fancy but gets you going. Nice sports bars around.

Gammelt slidt og beskidt hotel i forfærdelige dunkle farver. Suiten havde en okay størrelse, men der var en forfærdelig lugt i rummet og vinduet kunne ikke åbnes.
Der var gammelt blod på lagen og madras.
Morgenmads buffeten var mildt sagt elendig.

The breakfast option is excellent, and the front desk staff is so nice!
The size of the rooms is amazing; they are so big even if you go there with two kids (in our case, we are four).
I hope to be there next time if I need to make a stop in Miami.

The entire hotel has been updated tastefully. The room was large, comfortable, clean, and attractive. The delicious breakfast included a wide variety, such as eggs, sausage, waffles, pancakes, juice, fruit, etc. Parking was free! It was not far from Little Havana where we took a culinary food tour. This Best Western Plus Hotel provided great value.

Fenster kann man nicht öffnen. ( wie bei den meisten „Flughafen Hotels“) jedoch dieses liegt eigentlich - zumindest die hinteren Zimmer- weiter weg.
Frühstück war gut jedoch also kleine Sonderwünsche bzw Fragen zu möglichen Allergenen konnten von freundlichen Personal leider nicht beantwortet werden..

Teppich war nass, alles in allem etwas ungemütliches Flair. Mehr als eine Nacht wöllte ich nicht da verbringen.

Clean, modern hotel, huge room, efficient and friendly staff. Decent breakfast - not a huge choice but fairly normal for the price. Minimal aircraft noise (we were at the back of the hotel). Large car park, did not charge for parking. Close to car rental for drop off before flying the next day.

We needed a place close to the airport and customer reviews averaged 8. We found the lobby to be clean and inviting. The front desk was efficient and helpful. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large and updated. We did not get to partake of the breakfast, since we had a very early flight. Also, we did not use the free shuttle service since we had a rental car. We would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay.
The elevator was old, but adequate, and the hallway carpet was old, tired and needed stretching which is why I only gave it a 7.

I only managed to put one of mu suitcases in the shuttle van. The moment I turned back to pick up the rest of my baggage, the back van door was closed and the driver drive out of the pick up place, leaving me and my wife behind. I called the front desk, explained the situation, they were extra professional and called him back right away. He came back in around 7-10 minutes saying I didn't see you...
