Location was wonderful. Loved the roof top view. The food places options in close proximity was key. The lady at the front desk was great. Kudos to her for handling all the guests check-ins alone without looking stress or upset. She's a great asset to your hotel.

Close to the airport, especially after traveling for almost 24 hours with 2 young kids and just needing sleep. The shuttle drivers were really very nice and it was great to be able to track the shuttle in real time.
The shuttle only ran once per hour on the hour so it took quite a while before we got it. The room setup was weird...as soon as you walked in, there was the sink with the toilet and shower on either side. The AC was so loud it woke me up every time it came on. Also, some more thorough cleaning is needed. We found hair on the floor in the toilet room, the little bit of carpet between the beds was dirty and the pillows had marks on them.
