Great location very close to Miami Intl airport, clean room, AC nice and cold. Breakfast was nice and hot the regular continental breakfast it got the job done.

The shuttle service was not timely at all from the airport pickup and the shuttle that was scheduled to pick up guests at 10:30 was extremely late which caused us to use an Uber to take us to the Miami cruise port. What made it unacceptable is the guests were told to be in the lobby at 10:00 and it was a full lobby of guests. My Uber arrived at 10:55 to take my family and I to the port. And the same for many other families.
