The hotel is one of Canada's most historic hotels set in a lovely lakeside setting just outside the town of Jasper. It's lakeside setting provides the opportunity for many water based activities as well as lots of great walking trails without having to get in the car. Most of the rooms are cabins spread out across the resort but the great design makes everything accessible. The rooms are lovely inside and the beds are large and sumptuous! Housekeeping is superb with rooms cleaned promptly in the morning and turndown over dinner. Although rather expensive the hotel is goof value for money.
The hotel has a high daily guest turnover and although there are a number of car parks in the resort when we arrived all were full. The resort management kindly offered us free valet parking in view of this.

Simply amazing! We wanted to stay at Jasper Park Lodge for a few years and finally made it… it was worth the wait!
Friendly staff, beautiful location and a reasonably priced restaurant!(but delicious and recommended)
The thoughtful touches were very much appreciated… the WiFi wasn’t working so we couldn’t check in, but were offered a free drink each while we waited… a slice of birthday cake in our room as we were celebrating belated birthdays… 😍
Nothing! All was lovely!

Location, professional and helpful senior staff, rooms, food quality.
Working lvl staff, in terms of friendliness, attentiveness, attitude etc. A bit overpriced.
