A/C doesn’t work properly

Location. Laundry room, parking

No restaurant or means for anything to eat except snacks. No coffee or tea in the room. No pictures, end tables, lamps, basic utensils, glasses or even a full length mirror. The air conditioning ventilation unit was on full blast and the amount of air blasting through the apartment was absolutely unbelievable with no way to turn it off also in the laundry room and the general areas were also cold but in the room itself was beyond belief so I had to turn on the heat on top of the ventilation system drawing the air out so strong that I had to block the door to the bathroom where the ventilation was.. I'm not sure when this idea came up but they didn't think it through and even the coffee machine just showed up the last morning. It wouldn't be too much to ask to have simple croissant or something besides potato chips for breakfast and some muffins plus a water boiler in the room like most places at this price range.
