A very pleasant experience. The reception staff were informative and helpful, and the room was fine, if a little bit tired.
For the money involved, it was fine.

Good location clean and quiet
Temperature in rooms was too warm and hard to regulate

Nice central location
Nice enough breakfast
Room had 19 seed bugs (moth-like insects) in it which we had to dispose of as staff told us they were not harmful. Be that as it may, they were horrible and we didn’t sleep all night as they were flying about. Turned off air conditioning system on window immediately as we thought they were coming from there but it made no difference. Receptionist told us every hotel would have this problem - all the way to Mexico - but we didn’t sleep not see them anywhere else but this hotel. We thankfully were only here for one night. Staff made us feel we were over-reacting which was really bad
