A 1 night stand hotel, not for families, needs major work

Shower was broken. ) had to find pilers to get the shower to come on . And then had to use pliers to turn it off . Only a window air conditioner which again the switches were all mixed up on and it only cools the bed room down not the other room with a bed in it.

Good value for group travel

Good value for the price. Like a small apartment. Two actual bedrooms with real beds plus the living area. So much better than other suite arrangements where one of us has to sleep on a sofa bed. Balcony overlooks the parking lot but we still used it - taking chairs outside from dining table. Huge kitchen which we did not stay long enough to use so can’t speak as to how well equipped. But has full size stove and fridge.

We intend to go back so nothing we really didn’t like. But this is not a luxury establishment if that’s your thing. Wall colours are light and show marks. The place looks a bit “tired”. But everything worked and we felt perfectly safe there.

Won’t go back again

Location was great, staff were friendly, unfortunately with the new owners, the motel has deteriorated. It was very dirty, no TP and I ended up with bites on my face and threw away my clothes.

It was just a short get away from home.

There was no breakfast that we were aware of.

Wifi didn't work. No chairs on balcony, no forks in kitchen. Hallway carpet was dirty.

Value hotel, keep this in mind

I absolutely loved that the family unit has a separate bedroom for some privacy. No need to bring pots or utensils, the kitchenette has everything you need. Other than the doors it was very quiet at night. The beds were clean and comfortable. Modern TV that kids could connect their Switch to. Wifi worked well. Free parking. Plenty of towels provided. Nice balcony to sit on. Location is fantastic, close to two great beaches. I realize this is a budget hotel so I didn't expect luxury and considered it a good deal for what we got. The staff was friendly and polite.

The hallway and stair carpeting looks like they have never been cleaned and very poorly vacuumed. Dead bugs and cobwebs are in all the corners. The bathroom shower was not working and there was no bathtub plug so getting clean was a challenge. There is only one small window AC unit in one of the bedrooms of the family suite so one room was very cold and the rest of the unit not very well cooled. This probably would have been ok in a one room suite but I suggest you bring a fan if you are in the family suite. The room doors to the hall close very loudly even if you are trying to close it quietly, so there was some bumps in the night as people went in and out of their rooms.

Extremely disappointing

Good location and one of the staff members tried to respond to our requests in a timely manner

The entrance was dirty. Carpets had not been vacuumed. Air conditioner, stove, shower did not work. Blankets had stains. I cancelled two days prior to my booking and even though I gave 24 hours notice they would only refund for one night. Unfortunately that credit still has not been added to my account. I would like to speak to someone about reimbursement for 2 nights.

Air-conditioning was not working and tried to call them and noone pick up the phone. Even i mailed booking.com at the same time. Even those guys did reply me back.

relaxing, safe, quiet.

The sfaff was friendly & helpful. I really liked the kitchen facilities as I could cater for my own dietary needs. The utensils, etc provided suited a place to stay on vacation for a few days.
