The property was close to main st Southampton. And very close to the beach. It was quiet and pet friendly.

A typical cottage, moderately clean Double bed was tough for us, built the location makes up for everything.

The location to the beach was great- can just walk to it as it is steps away and close to the Boardwalk for even more walking and enjoyment. Location is nice and close to the main section for meals (great fish and chips :) The apartment was fine although it had not been cleaned at all upon our arrival. We had to wait for an hour or 2 until a cleaner arrived before we could go into the apartment. After lots of back and forth between bookings and the owner I finally got the promised rebate. It took a lot of effort on my part though to get it (at least 3 weeks after the trip)

The apartments were very close to the others (which we did see from the pictures). A bunch of families that were all related had rented all the other units so there was a lot of back and forth activity and the people next to us smoked weed so it was difficult to sit out as it was poignant. We could not use the hot tub either as it was filthy from all the sand the families took into it (children). I would recommend the spot to a large group of people as it would be lots of fun if you knew everyone. Being the third wheel was uncomfortable at times. We were lucky that the one family were super nice and friendly. I also wanted to mention the step down from the deck, part of it had a proper step but part of it had nothing so it was dangerous if you did not notice the lack of a step.(there was no railing to prevent falling-about one and a half foot drop). My 89 yr old father fell off the edge Luckily he was ok (everyone rushed to help him).
