The dog fee of $50 for one night was excessive. The pet friendly room smelled badly of dog and the easy chair was stained.

breakfast was good
room -- the smallest ever no closet, nowhere to put anything down, bathroom very small
bed was lumpy and very soft -
we have stayed in several Hampton Inns which have been very nice, so I expected the same, but this one was ridiculous -- even the walls were thin - could hear the people next to us talk
We will never stay there again and most likely will look for other hotels as apparently Hampton does not have standards and is way overpriced especially the Hampton in Clackamas

The hotel is really nice, easy parking, excellent comfortable rooms, nice decor, great internet, complete breakfast, and available coffee, tea a fruit all the time. Staff are really welocoming and helpful.
It is a shame that the material used at breakfast is not recyclable. There is an awful lot of waste. There was bit of noise from the nearby motorway, but not too bad.

Liked free bottles of water and cookies at check-in. We requested a first floor room and got it. Breakfast was good, as always! Figuring the cost of breakfast for four people at a restaurant, the breakfast is easily a $50 value! Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Having stayed in another larger Hampton Inn in Red Bluff, the facility in Clackamas is decidedly smaller and somewhat cramped.

Tesla Charger, water dispenser, light roast coffee, the well kept grounds, really good bed, really good pillows.
Noise levels from the interstate are high enough to warrant triple-pain windows.

Maids didn't make up room -- on 2-day rotation (so, only 1 room refresh over 5 days!)

I liked they sent me Text messages to check on how we were doing with the room. Bathroom was recently updated. Helpfully and friendly staff.
Dirty sock left under a bed, bathroom was very small.

reasonable price but not worth the savings…
rented the pet friendly room… it’s right next to the elevators… walked in and hallway reeked of pot… told the front desk and was told that I could switch hotels if I wish and he wouldn’t charge me… Gee… lovely… the room is already paid for… he then said “maybe you’re smelling your pet…but marijuana is legal here so I can’t do anything about it…” .

The room was clean and quiet. I like hard mattresses but this one not so comfy. Bfast was decent. Coffee excellent and served all day. Staff was super accommodating. Neighborhood felt safe. There was no decent chair in room from which to read.
The bed was not too good in room 221. Also there were no lounging chairs in room so I had to read sitting in.my bed.

Breakfast area was not well attended. Garbage overflowing in one waste container. Counters dirty.

overall we liked staying at the property. beds were super comfortable, room was visibly clean, breakfast was great, perfect location, front desk staff were amazing.
the rooms we’ve stayed in weren’t exactly fresh smelling. just a touch musty and sweaty, maybe air purifiers or some good enzyme deodorizer when the carpets get cleaned. just seemed like a culmination of other people’s smells. Could be the carpet hanging on to odors too?

the ladies on the evening desk were extremely helpful, kind and truly caring that my stay was amazing and I had everything I needed

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but overall it wasn’t the worst either
