Lovely location with a view of the harbour. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms for the 3 of us which was great. Nice and roomy with 2 balconies.

The location was perfect, and the townhouse was well equipped for the three of us. The beds were amazing, and the view from the 3rd floor deck was awesome.
It would have been nice to have been able to park an extra vehicle in front of the townhouse, and there was no ignitor on the barbeque.

Spoke Harbour Resort & Marina is very well located, as we saw in the photos is exactly what we got.
They have a carpet wash in front of our unit this is a terrible sound during the morning.

Location was great. Separated bedrooms in the layout was excellent for 2 couples.
But.
Property needs a good overhaul. Definitely painting , and the finishing touches when they removed some carpeting is terrible( stairs). Rest of carpets are done- they’re gross’ - need to be removed.
Cupboards need touch ups as well.
Kitchen cutting boards need replacing. Add a large pasta pot . Mish mash of dishes should be discarded.
