Location so close to airport. Very clean. Breakfast was excellent.
Check in staff weren’t great. Gave limited information in a very quiet and mumbling voice making it very difficult to hear and understand. Most information was given while trying to pay on payment machine and didn’t tell us about 10% off dining next door until we asked them. I wonder what training is given to reception staff to communicate clearly with people on arrival.

Convenient location. l liked the way the food was laid out. Lots of choices.
The hot food was not hot. My friend and I were not asked if we wanted anything else. We realized everything was cleared away very fast. Staff didn't seem very friendly.
