No me gusto que pagásemos por una habitación de 5 personas y nos pusieran todo para cuatro personas. Toallas para cuatro y camas para cuatro, bastante decepcionada. LLAME AL PERSONAL DEL HOTEL Y FUERON MUY BORDES, aún sigo esperando las toallas y la cama supletoria que prometieron.

Great stay!

Easy to get to, room very nice, beds were very comfortable . Bathroom was well stocked with everything we needed. Checking was very smooth and the front desk was great. Parking was good parked on Friday and did not touch it again until we left. Walking distance to DC metro was great. Walking distance to many different local restaurants just down around the corner. Thank you.

Faced couple of issues which led to very bad experience. 1. Toilet flush stopped working for which I had to follow up for 1 hour 2. A lot of our stuff kept in the room got stolen. Waiting for hotel security staff’s serious investigation. 3. On top of stealing incident our room was not cleaned when we returned to room A total disaster!!!

Horrible

Location near airport. I live in loudoun county needed to be at airport at 4 am

Made reservation for 5 adults. Called Tuesday to confirm 5 adults and give marriot number, check in at 8pm and was told roll away bed will be right up. I call at 845 and was told 15 minutes. We have to be up at 3. I have 3 small kids. I call again at 930 and he said he will call it in. At 1030 I go down and he said he doesn’t have one. He said he had a mattress. I said no and he said he will call and for one in 15 minutes. I come back in 15 minutes and he call somebody and says it will be here soon. I complained and demanded another room since I will be up in 4 hours defeating purpose of this stay. I asked for manager and area manage and he refused to give me name or number. In am I complained again and he said they were busy. He gave me 2k Marriott point or $17. What. A joke. I left.

Convenient location and appreciated the early morning shuttle, but would have wished for a much quieter A/C.

Close to metro and airport

The A/C vent in the room was very noisy every time it came on, and it woke me up throughout the night.

Great location and very comfortable

Located close to lots of places to eat walking distance and the metro. Great breakfast recommendations from the front desk. The shuttle service was also a plus.

Great stay!!!

The view was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable. I did not try the breakfast buffet however, the granola french toast was delicious!! The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle was on time. Metro access in lower level. I would absolutely stay here again!

I booked through booking .com, I prepaid in order to get that rate.When I checked in they were going to recharge my card for the entire rate! I showed them that it was paid with the app.Another clerk got things fixed.

room is big and comfortable. location is very close to the airport, which was why I booked here. I did not go for breakfast because the food provided is not worth the $28 they charged.

Welcoming staff with super clean and comfortable accommodations.

Professional staff who actively worked to answer questions. Clean facilities, rooms. Loved the ginger body wash. The scent is heavenily! One well thought out touch was the white noise machine on night table.

Superb

The staff was extremely accommodating. Allowed us a 4 hour early check-in at no extra charge. They also allowed us to keep our vehicle in their parking area after check-out while we took another day trip into DC, also at no extra charge. So, we were able to extend our vacation an extra 6 hours!

Exceptional

The location was excellent for our DC trip. Very clean and close to Crystal area shops & metro. We loved the underground walkways connecting the shops and metro station.

When arriving it was hard to figure out what to do for check in since there is no place to park and walk into the lobby. My wife had to run into the lobby and get instructions while I drove around the building. There is a lot of construction going on in the area but this wasn't a major issue.

The staff we're great, cleaning was ok. Food could of had more options for kids.

My reservation didn't include breakfast. The menu options for kids weren't much.

A short vacation made enjoyable with safe accommodations.

The property was clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the underground passage to the station.

The $40 parking fee. Especially with 2 vehicles. A parking fee is fine, but that fee was excessive.

It's all about the money nothing was free.

Great location.

The room was missing some type of furniture. I only had one chair in the room.also the AC.was very loud. The enter was not big enough for pickup trucks. No said any thing about the very low to get into the garage

The food staff are amazing. Very attentive to your needs.

The pool was out of commission. That was a huge part of why we chose that location.

Convenient to metro, don't have to be outside to get to it

$5 room service fee, price of coffee and food should account for it. $5 for coffee...they are making money, no need for the service fee.
